Our team built a web-based employee community, but in addition to the web community built through Community Cloud, we also used the App Cloud interface, to create a mechanism that enabled collaborative communication between employees at the touch of a button.

SOLUTION

Employees can now apply to a job on this client's website or on their mobile phone. The entire workforce has full access to Salesforce, which means they can view real-time data, at anytime. Employees can also use Chatter to get quick feedback on their questions and concerns.

Replaced 3rd party signature software with proprietary interface on top of communities, which eliminated unnecessary expenses
